Julia has been an Art of Living teacher for the last 15 years. When she was 25, her passion for yoga segued into a three-day workshop. There she learned Art of Living’s SKY breath meditation technique. Not only did she experience a depth in her meditation that had eluded her, this remarkable technique immediately yanked her out of a serious low in life that showed no signs of abating. After practicing SKY for a few short weeks, patterns of thinking, feeling, and reacting that she recognized were counterproductive, gave way to a mode of living that is more deeply centered, courageous, resilient, and joyful. Since that day years ago, Julia has taught hundreds of courses and workshops to thousands of people and is one of Art of Living’s most warm and dynamic teachers.
