Zach’s Wanderue Session: Yoga for Every Body
Zach Ross is an earth-loving, socially conscious and accessible yoga teacher with 500 hours of study under his belt. He sees yoga as a way to release the inhibitive, self-limiting clutter in the mind-body so that our ultimate truth can be revealed. Known to be playful, meaningful and liberating, Zach’s classes are infused with elements of breathwork, meditation and positive affirmations to offer an experience beyond the poses. After completing his training in Ecuador, he has led classes across the USA, Canada, Israel, Curacao and now virtually.
